FRESH ORGANIC MILK

Good milk, cream and yoghurt form the basis of our outstanding milk ice creams, such as vanilla, chocolate, cappuccino or banana.

A majority of our milk comes from the Domäne Mechtildshausen, well known by gourmets and organic specialists even far beyond Wiesbaden?s borders.

Our animals live in generous stalls with resting areas. This form of keeping cattle with freedom for movement ? even in winter there is pasture grazing on the farm ? and natural feed promote the animal?s health.

What?s good for the animals can?t be too bad for humans.
