SEASONAL ORGANIC INGREDIENTS

Many people have totally lost the concept of seasonal availability. Well, with everything available at all times, who wonders.

Not so with us. If some fruits are unsatisfactory in spring, we will use different ones. And it goes without saying that our pumpkin honey ice cream is only available in autumn, when there are fresh pumpkins. Quite logical really, but perhaps, nevertheless, unusual.

But it would be just as unusual if our winter ice cream creations were available in summer! Roasted apple ice cream at the height of summer?

No, we?d rather keep to the natural cycle of Mother Nature. She seems to know what she?s doing; otherwise she would have invented Christmas cookie trees.
