Garbage is not just garbage. Compostable garbage is, at least in theory, less problematic.

On the one hand, from the use of regenerative raw materials such as cellulose or starch no harmful gases are produced and also with stored incineration in the dump no carbon dioxides are produced.

On the other hand, within a closed compost recuperation cycle ? such as with glass, plastics or paper ? disposable packaging can be safely composted; what remains is biomass.

By using completely compostable, disposable tableware we are setting a clear sign, at least in our sphere of influence. Join us! Lick climate neutral to-go or with recycled glass in our summer garden.
